"The most important agro-food art exhibition in Umbria Norcia, which makes the prima donna of the last two weekends of February, invites everyone to immerse themselves in its exploration of the beautiful views and delicious taste.
"Nero Norcia", the 49 th edition of the National Market of Black Truffle and local products, is once again drawing the public to taste and know-how genuine the place and to discover the culinary excellence of other Italian regions, confirming the privileged stage to tell territories as a real sweet tooth and cultural fields. Between continuity and innovation festival dedicated to the famous "King Tartuffe" this year will also offer a structured recreational program and conference.
Among the mountains of sausages and cured meats and cheeses and truffle tastings, visitors will have the opportunity to take part in moments of reflection and discussion on high-level issues most dear to the economy of this area: the protection of the nose in the legislation national and regional economy and the protection of the gastronomic jewels of the Nera Valley, from the specification of quality to the exhibition of local products and cultural tourism. 
There will be meetings of the precious black diamond-tasting table, including the search for new and clever serving suggestions. In rich basket of proposals there will also side events such as exhibitions of painting and photography, theater, photography contests, live demonstrations of cheese, pork and even wrought iron.
Other initiatives are planned twinning with other Italian food, always towards the enhancement of the uniqueness and quality, and exhibitions at the Palazzo della Castellina
