Truffles and Truffle Tagliatelle with Sausage
Ingredients
- 500 gr. of egg noodles
- 3 fresh sausages
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 90 gr. black truffle
- Salt, black pepper
Saute minced garlic in the oil and add the peeled and chopped sausage. Finish cooking moistening if necessary with a little water to cook the noodles, meanwhile, have been boiled in salted water. Add sauce to the chopped truffles. Stir and allow the fire to flavor the sausage for a minute. Add salt, pepper and pasta.
