Frittata with Black Truffle
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 6 eggs
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 50 gr. black truffle
- Salt
Clean the grate truffles and earth. Beat eggs with salt and add the truffle. Cook in skillet with a little olive oil.
